Will Hamilton
 
Will is the Senior Consultant at Agency Assessments International. He joined in June 2007 and works across an impressive client portfolio, the full above the line and digital media mix.
 
Will started his marketing career as a Graduate Trainee with British Airways in New York working on the premium cabins including Concorde. Returning to the UK in 1995 he worked for two years with AGB Taylor Nelson in brand research looking after Nestle and Cussons.
 
He joined McCann Erickson in 1998, firstly in a strategic marketing role and then in 2000 as New Business Director for McCann Windsor. In 2001 he became Marketing Director for the McCann Erickson Uk & Ireland Group working for then CEO Ben Langdon, he delivered three years of double digit growth.
 
Following roles as Marketing Director for WCRS/ EHS Brann, and WTCS, he joined the Haystack Group in 2004 as a Consultant.
 
In 2005, he joined Publicis in London as Marketing Director working for Tim Lindsay, but in 2007 headed back to the intermediary world as a Senior Consultant.
 
He has written two articles for The Economist, he is the author of a paper in the Journal of Marketing on Brand Elasticity and he also writes regularly for the marketing press.  
 
Living in Henley on Thames, Will can often be found skippering his slipper launch on the River Thames, or perfecting a very poor swing on the golf course.
