Imad has a passion for brands. His journey in advertising started 25 years ago in Kuwait before moving to Athens and then to London. In 2002, having spent 17 years in London, Imad relocated to Beirut as Chief Operating officer of JWT’s Middle East Network. In August 2005 he decided to return to the UK to give his career a more challenging task. He formed “IK Consult” with the vision to:

Imad has worked on almost every category of advertising you care to name - automotive, banking, food and drink, household products, electrical, luxury brands, media, retail, telecom and tourism.

In the 7 years as COO of JWT Middle East & North Africa Imad was involved in all aspects of the network’s 15 offices in the region. He helped JWT consolidate its position as one of the dominant brand communication agencies in the region. Key parts of his drive for excellence were the benchmarking and sharing of best practice between offices and the setting up of training programmes and workshops to develop individuals’ skills, and to recruit and retain the best talent in the industry.

Imad has always been and remains committed to putting the needs of business and the brand first; to finding the right solution for specific issues; solutions which will endure in the long-term. His approach is candid, objective, holistic, straightforward and above all practical. It is an approach which achieves results and resonates with agency and client alike.

Now based in London, Imad continues to visit the Middle East regularly, but has more opportunity to support Fulham, his local football team! He is a welcome addition to the AAI network
